KDX Labs ("the Company") complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, and processes personal data as follows.

1. Data we collect

• Project inquiries: name, organization, contact details, and message sent to us by email
• Job applications / talent pool: information applicants submit directly by email (including résumés)

The website has no user accounts and collects no data for marketing purposes.

2. Purpose of use

• Responding to inquiries and project consultation
• Recruiting processes and talent-pool operation (within the applicant's consent)

3. Retention

• Inquiry data: deleted one year after the inquiry is resolved
• Application data: deleted one year after the process ends (talent-pool data kept until consent is withdrawn)

4. Third parties and processing

We do not share personal data with third parties. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure; access logs may be processed on servers outside Korea (e.g., the United States).

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time via the contact page. We will act without undue delay.
